In no event shall the liability of ManokTrader Entities exceed ₱5,000 or the amount you paid to us in the year preceding such loss. CLAIMS & INDEMNITY

Unless you have entered into a separate written or electronic agreement with us that expressly references these Terms of Use, this document constitutes the exclusive and entire agreement between you and ManokTrader.com. It supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

ManokTrader.com's actions or inaction toward you or others do not waive, modify, or limit these Terms of Use or our ability to enforce them.
